Trevor Sturgeon approached me a few years back about my students going on tours in the States. Touring is a huge advantage and is highly encourage to show demonstrated interest. Colleges do ask you if you have visited, and it is a definite plus during admissions committee selections.
Students from around the world have joined TS College Tours programs including students from Japan, Brazil, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, China, Singapore, Kenya, England, Sweden, Canada, US, Malaysia, Indonesia, and several more. Why? Because Trevor's background allows him to understand international and national perspectives. That is KEY to students exploring colleges with his guidance. Trevor is currently a high school counselor at Singapore American School. Previously, he worked for several years at International School Manila (ISM) where he served as High School Counselor and Department Head of Counseling PK-12. Before working overseas, he was a High/Middle School Principal in Canada.
